The newest chapter of our story is the addition of a much requested service- event planning. Our talented team will cross all the t's and dot all the i's. It's our job to handle every detail, especially those our clients are not even aware of. We will seamlessly bring together the beauty of the day with the business by providing you with our one stop services.
Signature Studio is not defined by a zip code or a geographic limitation. Beauty and the appreciation of a visual aesthetic is universal. To that point we take on design challenges which require us to travel to your location to ensure your event is overwhelmingly magical. We appreciate the potential opportunity to work with you and want to give you a better understanding of working with us. We love sitting down with client's to discuss their needs and help tailor the vision, but like to have a few pieces of the puzzle first. Finalized event dates, venues, and budget information is a perfect start.

1. Initial Consultation
As a Signature Studio client, depending on your vision and budget, your first free no obligation consultation will either be with Adam or one of our fantastic design team members. As many of our clients are located out of the state, we are happy to accommodate appointments via video chat or conference call.
Considering most of our clients come to us over a year in advance, we like to use the first consultation as an opportunity to educate clients on design concepts, expectations, and pricing. At this time we do not generally design out specific elements or give specific ideas. Rather, we take this time to show you some of our fantastic decor lines and educate you about our process. If you are ready for a more design focused consultation, we do require full disclosure of total floral and decor budget.
Should you decide to reserve your date with us, we will have you sign a contract and leave a deposit.
2. Second Consultation
As a confirmed client, your second consultation generally takes place 6 months prior to your event date. At this time we go into greater detail of your vision. We will discuss your color palette, style, and must haves. We are always excited when a client brings in creative ideas and we use those as a springboard to customize and create a truly signature event.
3. Additional Consultations
As we near the event clients can expect to visit us for a final appointment. This is generally about four weeks before the event. At this appointment we finalize numbers, make last minute changes, and make final payments.
